Pros
The company as a whole seems to have the right train of thought for creating a welcoming workplace and they offer tuition assistance for things like certifications.
Cons
The company values are not well represented by management or anywhere outside HR. In my particular position, what was advertised was NOT what I (or the rest of my team) ended up doing. Additional management level tasks were handed out to the entire team despite no one being paid management level salary. My team was regularly insulted by other teams and management did nothing to address it. We could not trust what anyone was saying outside our own team since management would constantly point the finger at each other or other teams. It was shameful.
