      Jacobs is large, involved in lots of interesting work, and full of resources. There are plenty of opportunities available and work seems stable.

      Cons

      It's a very corporate and structured working environment. The corporate bureaucracy can be as onerous as the government.

      Pros

      Great benefits, management is highly flexible, great learning opportunities. This company is part of a rare section of the IT community who believes in supporting their employees as much if not more than the customer.

      Cons

      Office could be sporadic a lot of the time. Work is not clearly defined and I often had to find or beg for projects to work on.
