Business Outlook
Pros
Nice people to work with. Good benefits, growth depending on connections. Promotions were hard to come by, but it could be that I didn't have them. One was assigned to work downtown (main office) or elsewhere.
Cons
There was a cozy corporate culture that meant that you had to be connected to be considered part of the in crowd. They where very nice about time-off, I didn't have extra perks but you could arrange to schedule hours worked around life at times. They did lack training opportunities, that they could improve.
