      Pros

      Jacobs has over 60,000 employees located all over the world. That means great job opportunities if you are flexible. There are so many opportunities if you are flexible. The company is very inclusive and has an awesome Women's Collaborative operating world-wide.

      Cons

      Jacobs is the same as other engineering and construction companies. You have to make your own opportunities and make sure that your career desires are well known. Management is open to this and asks for feedback in their leadership resource planning process. Employees just have to fill in the blanks.

      Very rewarding and they have many things to help out their employees such as tuition reimbursement.

      Pros

      Employer respects the employees, and communication is very good between management and the lowest level employee a very good place to work.

      Cons

      No negatives in my eyes MI is in a recession and they might track me down and fire me if I say something bad... But really this is a very nice place to work if I could change something I would say give the employees a raise every six months based on performance.

      Pros

      I worked as a contractor, they were fair at times. HR is very nice. Not very keen on letting you travel anywhere.

      Cons

      Raises are abysmal. No real contact with my supervisor at any times. Once they have you in a seat they leave you alone.
