Cons
40hr week, blind leading the blind, focus is entirely on safety and not quality that is going on door. Safety is important, of course it is, but the risk averse nature of this company and its "culture of caring" is suffocating to the point that it has become the main focus on any job. - what happened to quality or customer satisfaction? Dictatorial regime that really does not care about you as an individual which is ironic considering their "culture of caring" mantra. Unsustainable 15% growth per annum core value. Limited carrer opportunities unless you are one of the chosen ones.
