Cons
Completely siloed, not able to be creative nor practice traditional graphic design tasks. Mostly editing and creating technical figures, creating powerpoints. Tough to work with a large client base, and responsible for time keeping, project management, client relations, and doing your graphic design tasks all simultaneously.
