Pros

Company cares about your safety and general well-being. Jacobs has the process in place to do things the right way, or the way I learned in college and professional standards (CMAA). Management allows a project manager to manage their own budget and be completely responsible for their own projects and success. The Personal-Time-Off (PTO) plan is great, you can sell back your PTO (my bonus/yr.) or you can carry over without losing hours.

Cons

The cost of health benefits from a 70,000+ employee company should have much better. Raises are steady but there should be better incentives with the stock purchase 5% discount should be raised to 20% if allowed. Bonuses are hard to come by. Access to employee development needs improvement.

Pros

A very large and diverse company with lots of opportunities for advancement

Cons

Some regional managers are adept at repeating company principles in public but acting in an entirely different manner within their sphere of influence. Too many folks have been promoted into positions that they are incapable of succeeding in.
