Good place to get experience and government clearances. Management will work with you to develop skills. Opportunities for off site travel and extra compensation.
Cons
Little upwards career movement from within. What you settle into at the company may not match your orginal job description. Company-wide safety program can be a little annoying. Office rules, as written, have an air of micro-management to them. Enforcement of those rules seems hit or miss, though.
