Poor management judgement. Some biases and favoritism in terms of decision making. Management prefer more with who they know and not what you know. Health care benefit is bad, choosing best healthcare will cost to Jacobs employee almost equivalent to Walmart employee's minimum paycheck. No job security even how good you are in the job or considered company job performer. Management will not invest to pay you couple weeks while waiting for maybe future projects. It is a public company so if you do not have projects line-up you will get laid-off even the next day.

They have outsourced over half of all positions to india. Management is terrible They are all so fearful of losing their jobs, they will not make a move without cautiously seeking upper management approval. The approval process takes forever. Creativity is stiffled.
