It's a job. Not much else...

Cons

Low starting pay for the job being done. No room for advancement. Raises are pathetic at best. They'd rather see you quit before giving a fair raise. Any issues with the customer become your fault. Corporate office Personnel just don't care about people "in the field"...

Was hired in from directly in the field without any training support I have had to call repeatedly just to get my paychecks there any other type of HR items like my signing bonus and Benefits I'm still chasing down on my own. Basically sink or swim and treated as a contractor vs a direct employee
