Pros

Easy Interview. Many of the co-workers are nice people.

Cons

I graduated as an electrical engineer and was working as a systems engineer. During my 8 months at the company, I never got to work on any real electrical or design task for which I was hired. Most of the time I was working on Excel sheet organizing data. After 8 months they terminated me after asking me to get a driving license within two weeks. Driving license was mentioned in job requirements when I had applied but I had informed the manager that I did not have a US driving license when I started working. They did not inform me anytime within the previous 7-8 months to get a driving license. After getting the license in little over two weeks, I asked them if I could start working again. They replied by saying that we will be terminating your current employment but you are encouraged to apply to other suitable position in the company.

Not a Design Firm...

Pros

International travel opportunities; ability to advance, but based on who you know, not what you know

Cons

This in an engineering firm that acquires good architecture and design companies, then stifles any of their creativity with bureaucratic processes and poor management. Innovation is almost nonexistent. Not surprisingly, stockholders come first, employees - their "greatest asset" - come last. Focus is placed on landing only large accounts ($millions) with an unwillingness to look at a variety of market types.

OK Company but could be better

Pros

Decent Pay and Bonus. Some FNS management is decent but far from being good and there are a few open job opportunities within the company utilizing your security clearances but there could be more if they could win new contracts.

Cons

No IT training at all and horrible benefits. So even though the pay is decent the horrible benefits eat up your paycheck. Medical is extremely expensive for a family your paying over 12k a year
