Pros
Jacobs is a fairly typical mega-firm in the engineering world. It pays better than competitors and is managed better than others (such as ones starting in AE, and ending in COM). For a large company, it doesn't have the excessive amount of hoops to jump through for simple things, like filling out a timesheet.
Cons
HR is a centralized call center and not very helpful, and benefits are abysmal--health insurance for example is basically one small rung above signing up for Obamacare. Maternity policies are the bare minimum required by law. It's appalling for a firm with such deep pockets to offer such pathetic benefits.
