      Pros

      Higher salaries then expected however it comes with a catch...

      Cons

      Most managers do not seem to have knowledge of the departments they lead. They spew how they value employees however if your a not a complete follower and lie to the clients they provide services for, you are blackballed. They will keep the very low level inexperienced Managers & personnel and lie to the clients telling them they are the cream of the crop. They pay higher salaries to recruit individuals however your let go due to their work is very unsteady. Bad reputation in some markets.

      Pros

      I could not find any revealing qualities.

      Cons

      They are out of touch with Humanity. Think their programs can run the company. Do not share the caring they profess to have for employees as they say. There is no HR it seems as the On boarding program is not a success as they say people have waited 6 week to get all the credentials. You are on your own and if something does not go good for the clients don't look for Jacobs to help.

      Pros

      Good pay for those that are just starting out. The hours are flexible and we have short days on Fridays ( done at 11am). Everyone is friendly.

      Cons

      You do not get sick days or vacation time. You ONLY get PTO ( 3 weeks) but they dont let you use it when you want. You only get 2 hours of PTO a week so you have to let it build up before you can even take time off. They wont pay you for time off for a death in the family but they will pay you for jury duty. There is no room for advancement. They will tell you that you can learn multiple jobs but no one really wants to teach you anything. It gets very slow when we are getting done with a job. They cut hours and/or do layoffs. No job security.
