There are a lot of cool projects to work on here and the potential is there to really grow your experience and career.

Cons

Jacobs is really struggling to overcome it's old fashioned vales and way of doing things. While the right messaging is coming from top leadership, it's painfully slow to trickle into middle management. It's difficult to move upward if you don't fit the standard mold.
