Pros

At Jacobs, you will be given good opportunities to move forward in your career if you prove that you can make up for the lack of knowledge and experience with a positive mindset, willingness to learn and good inter-personal skills.

Cons

Being involved in several ongoing projects simultaneously results in the inability to go into too much of details for a particular project. This is not too good for depth, however you gain width by exposure to different industries.
