The problem that the managers can't manage, there were a lot of promises that this office will be very busy. but unfortunately it is the opposite.

Cons

Their business is focused in industrial and infrastructure...not enough on vertical building construction. With the "largeness" of the company, it can be daunting to know faces and where all the relationships tie together.
