One thing I want to share about Jacobs is that Employee is an asset here and not resource that when it is not needed just kick them off, I personally feel Jacobs as a Family. There are other pros as well Flexible Timing Compensations Great work culture Inclusive Company gifts Company Benefits Management is cooperates wonderfully

Hike not satisfied IT growth/exposure is limited here High visibility projects are mostly done offshore
