      Supports career growth, especially with younger employees Good opportunities to expand career skills for beginner engineers Frequent pay raises, bonuses, and promotions are given to high-achieving employees Several holidays off and end of year bonuses based on contract performance. Worldwide company with diversity and inclusion.

      Cons

      Very understaffed; company is slow to hire personnel even with increased workloads to current staff. Has difficulty retaining mid-level and senior level employees. Starting pay rates are below the industry average. Benefits are okay, but not great. Examples: combined sick and paid time off, no HSA contribution matches.
