      Pros

      Fairly paid for my role.

      Cons

      Amateur hour. A legacy family-owned business and all that implies. The people at the helm are clearly there because they're family or "intimately close" to family; not because they're accomplished business people. The CEO reads a book, and there is a new Vision Du jour. If you are interested in working for a company that has talented mentors that will help you hone your skill sets and develop your career, this would not be it.

      In my opinion the two most current reviews dated Nov 18 seem to be bogus. Very scripted and completely different for the rest of the reviews. Looks like a poor attempt at damage control.

      Paycheck, although the pay wasn't always correct.

      Cons

      One of the company's values is "integrity", but it couldn't be farther from the truth. The culture is awful. People are terminated at the management's whim. There is a lot of turnover. The only people that stay are those that have been around for 20-30 years. Don't work here unless this is your only option and then keep looking until you find something better.
