      Difficult to determine what direction it will be going since the Equity firm acquisition.

      Pros

      The schedule is a continental rotating shift (2 -2-3-2-2-3), paid lunch 30 min, easy job at times. Good place to get an experience in manufacturing. Just don't plan on being there forever because the chances of moving up are slim

      Cons

      Management showed favoritism to family and friends by allowing them to take higher positions within the plant despite any of them not having any experience. Some people have been there for years and not move up to maintenance (a higher paid position) and management would bring in a friend with no background or qualifications in maintenance and just train them
