Pros

I am very grateful that I ended up at Jahnel Group. I love this company and the people in it. I have fun almost every day and I feel like I "fast forwarded" my career. I hope to be here for several decades as we build something really special.

Cons

There aren't too many things I don't like about JG. Like the other reviews say, if you aren't an all-in type of person, this place isn't for you. But if you love being part of a team and challenging yourself to get to another level, then you would be lucky to land at JG.

Pros

Great company, bosses, culture, work-life balance. Really really great people. Higher ups are 100% concerned with your professional growth as long as you're concerned about your professional growth.

Cons

Not great pay, especially as a new hire. Sort of expected as a startup, though the company isn't really a startup anymore but rather a small company.
