Pros

- The people and culture here are top notch - The interview process felt like a set of fluid conversations - Terrific support. HR and the business team are quick to respond to questions - Clear review processes and expectations in career progression - Fantastic developer experience! Snacks, beverages, and conversations all in arms reach.

Cons

To be honest none really come to mind. This place rules.

Pros

Jahnel Group is really good at recruiting. They sold me "the dream" and I was thinking that it was too good to be true. But after being here for a few years, it's even better than they said it is. I love this place and I'm lucky enough to work with so many awesome people.

Cons

None that I can think of. I guess it's annoying to have to track your time but that's a requirement of doing billable work for clients.

Pros

You will be hard pressed to find any other company with this kind of culture, and the passion that the leadership team has for their employee's and making this the best place to work.

Cons

The pay is not the highest you'll find in the market but the investments they make in your professional growth is priceless.
