The people I met here were the BEST. My managers really cared about me and my coworkers and were interested in our well-being (especially during the pandemic). Also, the benefits here were amazing!

Pros

We provide some incredible rugs to the market. JR makes an effort to also provide an inclusive culture to their employees and treat everyone with respect, both in regards to their compensation and their future career opportunities.

Cons

While JR does provide adequate trainings and allows employees to learn new skills, it could do a better job at providing more in-depth technical training opportunities for employees.
