      The organisation has nothing special about it.

      Well there are no pros about the organisation, it keeps showing that they are moving towards self-management but the reality is that this organisation is Micro-managed by NKC and he doesnt let anyone take charge of their, because as per him everyone else in the organisation is useless

      Founder- A passionate leader with humility. The only Founder I suppose who personally guide and develop freshers!

      Standard systems needs to set in place that will get done soon.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, leadership really cares about your development. Amazing growth opportunities. Jaipur Rugs is a great place to learn and grow. Great management, mentorship, and overall culture! A very youthful, casual vibe. I love how they have team meetings every morning discussing goals. communication is excellent. The office environment is refreshing. They seem to give the autonomy, and coach, but also allow for your own unique process.
