The vision of Sh. NK Chaudhary is behind this one of the largest manufacturers of hand-knotted rugs. I was fortunate to get the chance to work very closer with him. He has a global reach, every big brand and great consultancies know him due to his work which he has done in the past 43 years, still he is very humble and down to earth. He is really so simple and polite to everybody.
I got various chances to learn and grow during my 15 years of tenure there. I have joined as an junior IT admin and left as Sr. Manager from there. As a team we have implemented best IT practices there to enable the employees and grow the business as well. Mr.Yogesh & Nitesh always inspired, helped and motivated me to do the R&Ds, bring new ideas and make the IT setup world class. I recommend Jaipur Rugs due to the following qualities:
1. JR is working for the poor, unemployed and rejected people which is such a great work.
2. The management team is very supportive and caring so we feel like a family environment there.
3. During the job you can find more opportunities for yourself there and start working on those.
4. Team members and department leaders are very helpful and supportive.
5. Timely and fair payment policies with the OPLI, Gratuity and other benefits.
6. Opportunity to work on the grassroots/ground level.
7. 2 Saturdays off.

Cons
Current HR team has freshers and juniors only so I feel that Jaipur require some senior HR persons there.
