Someone recently asked me that how working with Mr. Chaudhary and Jaipur Rugs impacted me, while so many memories came to my mind I took a few minutes and replied that.. "the organization healed me, holistically." Jaipur Rugs is indeed a healing organization. It taught me simpler things in life, made me more grateful to the universe, enhanced my quest further to tell stories, and gave me a blank canvas to experiment and craft my journey and what not; all of this while supporting and molding me along the way. I lost myself here, found myself here, learned a lot, unlearned even more, survived the century's greatest Pandemic, came out stronger and resilient, understood what humility & empathy meant in the truest and most authentic sense. Simplicity, innocence, love, compassion; are the words one seldom hears in any business let alone by a leader himself.

While working at Jaipur Rugs I never had to run as per the clock; work life balance was 100% & had complete flexibility & liberty to work as per needs unless & until the TAT time is achieved. This is supported widely by the management which makes it easy to function. Will surely recommend especially for new comers they will get to learn a lot.
