I really enjoy the way Leadership shares information about the company for example the town hall meetings. I think they are very thoughtful with the information and just really wanting people to feel value and involved. Some smaller communication can be fixed for short term goals, but I think over all leadership does a very thoughtful job of communicating to all their employees. This was also an equal ""BEST"" for me: Teamwork. I really enjoy my other coworkers and think everyone works well together

Cons

I would want to go back to wfh Monday & Friday and have in office days on Tues,Wed,Thurs :-) I thought it was the perfect balance and helped negate burn out!
