      Pros

      Allow to control a positive department with respectful workers. Able to change a department for the best by incorporating a better work environment for employees with reason goals, and better ways to reach those goals.

      Cons

      The ability to communicate well with management. Being able to use the proper resources to obtain goal and ideas within the department. The company is a very useful company to the community and very respectful among lots of people. Jaipur has a high rate of changing employees frequently.

I would certainly appreciate more specific feedback regarding your barriers to communicating more effectively with management, as well as the use of proper resources to obtain goals and ideas. I do agree that we have experienced more turnover in some areas this year, but since the addition of our company values at the beginning of this year, we did expect a higher rate of change than normal, and the majority of the change has resulted in a more positive atmosphere overall.       management is the best! love the openness, youngness in the culture. its a dream job in reality

      some people who are not connected to the values and culture try to spoil the environment but i guess its a very small percent

      I agree. Managers and non-managers are the best! We have a extremely collaborative and high-performing team that keeps getting better year after year.       Pros

      Great leadership of the organization. Take employees as family members. Amazing culture. There are lots of activities and something happening all the time. Professional yet family approach. Great place for learning. For anyone who wants to learn, I haven't see a better company. Beautiful office. One of the best offices you can find in Jaipur town. Politics avoided at all costs. Management is highly against politics which is great! Growth company. Company is growing at a rapid pace and great to be a part of such a company

      Cons

      Some policies are strict but not too bad. for example, the company allows only a few times for employees to be late. also leaves have to be taken before unless there is an emergency Sometimes too much happening as too many foreign people are visiting
