I'm my tenure of working for 5 years I have come across many organisations which will not promote the creativity of their employees but Jaipur Rugs stands apart as the company has incubated successful nurturing the minds with many workshops and guidance by the senior. Challenging yet fulfilling as the weavers are the people who are benifited.
