If you want to ruin your career

Cons

Don't join, 85% turn around. Hiring & firing keep going. Employee is fired without sharing any reason. Even I didn't find any HR with more than 1 yr tenure. Employees have to work like puppets of NKC (Owner). You can't oppose what is wrong.

Work life balance, least weekend work, Best place to work specially for fresher or initial of career, There is lot to learn practically

Nothing much to say, there is scope to improve about office atmosphere like big corporate offices. Should be little flexible about tea sutta break. (If employees predictive not impacting)

This company is best for those who want to learn and grow in a familiar ana cohesive working environment. Also, company boost the employee's self-esteem as company work for welfare of rural weavers. I love to work here, as my work means something for socially backward people.

There are no cons. Everything thing is good till date.
