Good people with a very collaborative environment. High quality sales teams with very good results.

Cons

Work schedule was based on manager's schedule, not my own, which made each day frustrating at times being pulled in different directions with immediate action requested, regardless of what was on my work plate at the moment. Not enough knowledge transfer & trust within department.

Great software, an energized development and product team, passionate operations team, motivated sales. Making money hand over fist; blew away financial expectations for every quarter of my employment.

Cons

My specific position began in an idyllic fashion with a fully staffed department. After the departure of two key staff members (co-lead and developer), the workload stalled as we outsourced and tried to cover other desks. Too many applications in our tech stack led to a lack of ownership or pride in any of them. Training stalled as the supervisor tried to cover the developer's desk. I was not trained to lead, but to cover. When a new director was brought on no attention was paid to the current process or workload, only an effort to completely replace. I was suddenly thrust into a position to which I was not trained and I was humiliated by failures I couldn't control. After all, you don't know what you don't know, and if there is no investment of time you will never know it.
