      Pros

      The people! Use Jama to build Jama (eat their own dog food). Highly focused on results and growth. Company is aligned from to to bottom and always looking to improve.

      Some good people, a solid product, pretty good health benefits

      I really didn't enjoy how the daily operations. I was constantly unaware of what I was supposed to be working on, priorities changing daily, so much work thrown out, beat up SF instance, lots of layoffs, randomly firing the CEO having a new one the same day, TOTAL lack of communication between departments. If you have to work in Portland, you can do way worse, but you can also do a lot better. Internal teams rarely communicate and if you are in the office have fun constantly getting booted from conference rooms or at least stared at even 2 minutes before the end of your meeting.
