      Pros

      Nothing challenging here, if you're into that sort of thing.

      Cons

      The company's claims of 'revolutionizing the industry' and 'we are innovators' are nothing more than hyperbole. The product barely meets standards of decade-old technology. Disorganization, backstabbing and off-shoring is business as usual here.

      - The team I was on was amazing, we all worked together not only to build a cool product, but also to learn from and make each other better. - Very healthy work/life balance - Co-workers and team-lead/managers who actually care and are excited about the product and the work they're doing, I think a rather rare and special trait. and no, dedication and excitement are not the same thing, but my team had both.

      Cons

      - Rather odd lack of empowered middle management for a company of this size, this has lead to a fairly significant chasm between engineers and upper management as there's no one to really bridge the gap - Compensation has not been keeping up with market rates - Lack of diversity in management/leadership level

      Excellent Management. They provided direction and then allowed you flexibility to make your own success.

      Finance department was hard to work with. Too rigid. Sometimes made it difficult to close deals.
