      Pros

      1. Great working environment and offices 2. Top-notch customers who are building cool new products 3. Market opportunity is expanding as more companies are building smart products with embedded software and internet connectivity 4. Smart people who are passionate about achieving results for customers 5. Product needs continued innovation to stay ahead of the curve, but is generally way better than competitive solutions.

      Cons

      1. Company has been through a lot of changes over time, and change is hard - new offerings, different business models, new leadership, technical product 2. Marketing and selling a product to a technical audience (product development and engineers) can be really challenging and time consuming 3. Growth has been fast compared to most companies, but feels like it should/could be faster.

      Pros

      At Jama you really feel valued as a person and employee. It's a great working environment and I feel challenged on a day to day basis. Plenty of opportunity for growth and there's real team ethic, we get things done and have fun doing so. We have a great product that our customers love and more are getting on board daily. The new CEO has made an instant impact and there is a real positive energy about the place right now.

      Cons

      Honestly can't think of any, you could say we should be growing faster but it feels like careful, measured growth right now.

      Innovative customers who are building really cool products. Downtown location. Cool office space. Good benefits. Great people.

      Cons

      Risk Averse. On-Premises deployment is slow.

      Thank you for the positive review. I agree with your advice - we have a fantastic opportunity in the market and top-notch clients that we have the opportunity to serve. Providing both on-premise and hosted software is part of our reality today, it's a benefit to our clients but it does add complexity. We're putting specific efforts in place try and maximize the benefit and minimize the complexity, but I think we can still do better.
