Pros

fast paced, traning and good company values, great leadership, and very clean and organized. The employees and manager were friendly and nice. And its a good working environment.

Cons

promotions take awhile to get. not much room for personal growth becasue it is the same routine everyday of work. But overall I believe it is a great place to work.

There is a strong emphasis on customer service. Associates do not work on commission, so everyone works together to make sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Cons

I have not been here long enough to experience anything real negatives in regards to the store.

Great benefits, flexible work schedule, holiday pay, great discount, company prefers to promote from within existing pool of employees, selling quality jewelry.

Cons

On your feet entire shift, a lot of bending over to pull jewelry from drawers, must have excellent interpersonal skills.
