Cons
• Slow to promote, antiquated evaluation process, overcomplicated and uncompromising hiring process. Internal departmental transfers go through same process as outside applicants, but preference given to both graduates and current employees. • Vast differences in the way they treat Full time (called Classified) Employees and their Part time (called Wage) employees or Adjunct vs. Regular Faculty. • Need to know people to go anywhere!
