Pros

As a student employee the ORL staff is driven and dedicated to serving the students. Having the ability to work as a student with other students is not an opportunity one should pass by.

Cons

ORL has a negative stigma due to being the frontline enforces of university alcohol policy in the dorms. With that being said they try to work with students in all situations.

Pros

Insane amounts of time off

Cons

Classified positions not paid well. No raises or opportunity for promotion. Only progressive students are hired for management positions if deemed acceptable. Not good for conservative or any non liberals.
