      Pros

      While working at Jamy Interactive, I experienced a lot of positive changes in myself such as achieving goals before deadlines, motivating the team to be productive, leadership skills, being a good listener and taking clients as the center point of my attention. Besides this, there was a recreational center for the employees to get relaxed from their fast-paced lives. Various events were also organized by the company for the enjoyment of their workers. Last but not least is Jamy Interactive is an MNC and it recruits from all over the world, I have met people from different cultures, different countries and have learned a lot from them.

      Nothing for now. It always support to me to grow in my professional life.

      Pros

      A typical day at work goes by so quickly learning every step of the way but also sharing of skills among colleagues. The hardest part of the job is keeping up with the demand and the sheer volume of work but at the same time I find this motivating as I will not be beat as I refuse to loose. Technology is what I love. Being part of something much greater than myself is what I desire. Jamy Interactive provides that culture. The most enjoyable part of the job is that you are not alone. All share the same desires to succeed but are wiling to help one another as part of one team!

      Social community development will better if we can spare our time over here.
