Pros
Your peers are great to work with. Fun, like minded group. The perks they offer are great and on par with a google/meta. The pay is competitive
Cons
Management is poor within IT specifically but around the company the management lacks compared to other more established placed. Hours can be long, nights and weekends can be typical during periods of the year. No clear path to grow your career in IT here. Unclear how work gets distributed with some people working on fun and interesting projects and others stuck monitoring the environment and doing boring/repetitive tasks.
