Pros

The culture of Jane Street is supportive and welcoming. There are no titles and no separate offices for the managers so communication is very easy and relaxed. Also, company is focused on promoting good work-life balance for the employees, so the workload is always fair.

Cons

It is not clear how to get career progression in the company. There are not many practices in place to help employees grow and develop, at least in the compliance team.
