I like working here because they are very helpful with your schedule and will allow you to stay at home with your children if they are sick. Holidays off, great group of people that I work with. I have been here many years now and love the people I work with. Decent pay, and great hours.

Cons

Most people only get to work part-time and sometimes you worry your position could be cut at any time. There is always a quota to make. there is a very high turn-over rate for sales reps, but I think that goes for any sales rep.

Cons

Regional sales managers get all the best leads from telememarketing, while the AE's get the scraps. Operations should not get paid a 30% commission on everything they sell while AE's have to hit a minimum to get any commissions paid.
