Pros

Good company to work for they put money towards the equipment and Technology. You are working with top of the line and producing cool things.

Cons

A lot of downtime where you required to be at work regardless of workload and if you choose not to be there in reflects poorly due to the fact they have to use so many working hours for each project therefore if a project ends early there will be a lot of a lot of hours that will need to be absorbed which means busy work. Personal relations tend to get in the way of professional relations you may be laid off or passed over just due to the fact one of the managers has a personal grudge against you regardless of your work and going above and beyond.

Good learning experience, growth chances are high if you are willing to put the work into it, and they take people if they have experience in the environment or not and teach them what they need to know.

Cons

The peer environment can bring you down. People will complain about EVERYTHING. Peers have no motivation and will do whatever they can to pass work off to the new employees.

Pros

This is a start at the bottom and work your way up company. They train from the bottom up. And prefer to promote from within. They are still open to hiring for the job for their more skilled positions. Great company to work for if you are teachable, flexible, and hard working.

Cons

Not the best place for someone who punches the clock. Don't offer 2 weeks vacation until after 5 years. Other benefits very competitive.
