Pros

The pros of this company is that you get to work on interesting project. Especially for the military.

Cons

The cons I've had over the years is that this company pays lower than what the average rate of your job should be. But being that it's in a small town, it's probably the best paying place to work for in the area.

Cons

Managment sucks. Workers are threatened and bullied into their work. They write workers up instead of talking to management. They promote people to management who are the scun of the earth. Dont give one care about their workers. Dont ever expect to get paid what your worth or ever get a raise. College degree 14 bucks an hour. Company is trash. Be prepared to be bullied and threatened on a daily basis.
