I got my foot in the door for a better company (the company we were contracted to), 3 free shirts, poor pay and poor hours

Cons

Managers have a huge ego and were very condescending, extremely high turnover rating, employees were treated like they were disposable, offers no benefits, no growth opportunities, multiple pending lawsuits against company

Bad management all the mangers are lazy and you never see them and they they don't own up to there mistakes the staff will always take the fall for there poor management skills no appreciation for staff they only care about the business end and slaving there employees you have know say and they don't even follow there own employee hand book .

Pros

Pros are same work place, no traveling, usually same hours, provided a shirt, provided with cleaning supplies and are trained to do the job, even if you've never done it before. And the pay is $8.00 and it stays at that. I know a guy who worked there over 6 years. He was still at $8.00.

Cons

Management is terrible. They do not help at all and only come out when something is wrong. They never say "good job" or "keep up the good work".
