Sense of Independence and making your own decisions. There's a lot of training and follow through. Offers opportunities for experience to use later on.

Cons

Lack of growth. I met multiple supervisors that had been at the fans rate of pay for over 10 years.

Nothing, its a company full of back stabbers and liars that dont care about there employees just how they appear to their customers

Cons

You will never find good part time employees theres no such thing no one wants to work 4 hrs a night for 10 dollars an hour
