I got my foot in the door for a better company (the company we were contracted to), 3 free shirts, poor pay and poor hours

Cons

Managers have a huge ego and were very condescending, extremely high turnover rating, employees were treated like they were disposable, offers no benefits, no growth opportunities, multiple pending lawsuits against company

Close to my home, easy work, pretty good pay, and the management is good and I enjoy having A cafe on site

Insurance is not great and no real chance to move up raises don't come often or at a high rate
