Pros
The company has undergone some recent changes and most of these are for the better. The vision and plan are clear and the employees are being asked to execute on them. This is an exciting time to be a part of Janrain and make a difference. The work is interesting and fast paced while the culture is fun and collaborative.
Cons
While this is an exciting time it is also a pivotal time and the entire company will need to pull together to achieve success. This has been somewhat problematic in the past and it is unknown if Executive Management will get out of the way in order for the employees to execute and succeed.
