A solid company that corrected its path

Pros

* Not a lot of egotistical developers or overzealous management * Open office where it is easy for engineering and other departments to communicate * While they had a bunch of turnover in the past, they seemed to find their North star and no longer a company of layoffs * CEO impacts the company in very positive ways * Seems like a healthy work/life balance

Cons

While the new location in the Pearl is nice, it isn't as convenient to public transportation. Not a big deal, just not as convenient as the old location.

* Plenty of opportunity to wear different hats and learn new skills * Fantastic group of people to work with, low drama * Extremely supportive management, feels like we're all on same team and working towards same goals

Cons

* Often too much to accomplish with resources available * Sometimes priority trade off decisions don't seem to happen and we just try to accomplish everything which leads to predictable results
