micromanaged, toxic work environment, misleading promotional opportunities... for ex: I was fully licensed with series 6/63, took extremely complicated calls (sometimes 2+ hours qualified retirement plan restructurings) and (after multiple years) still made the same as someone one week on the job (25 per hour pre-tax and everyone I know at JH didn't get a raise). There's also little to no upward mobility... When you're first hired they act like it's an intro job, but in reality many stay on the phones for years until they quit. 99% of days are being on one call, hanging up and *immediately* picking up the phone with another caller that has a chance of being rude) every day. No breaks are allowed between calls unless you risk your "numbers" going down i.e. getting fired. Thankfully I left on my own accord
