      Pros

      The company's method of integration within healthcare practices really makes a difference in patient's lives. It also supports recruitment activities through querying the practice database. Executive leadership is accessible and responsive, as well as dedicated to supporting sites. The company pushes to leverage technology to make work easier and more efficient. Benefits package is great

      Cons

      There's always a really big push at end of year to make up for missed opportunities throughout the year. Site teams work long hours in the last few months to get as many patients enrolled as possible. The leadership group has at times put all their eggs in one basket, leading do disappointment when things fall through.

      Pros

      I've been at Javara for almost 5 years and overall, its been a great experience. There have been several opportunities for advancement in my department and others. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback. People are encouraged to share ideas and it feels like your input is valued. Work-life balance is a real priority which can make or break a job experience.

      Cons

      Like most companies, we've had some growing pains along the way. While there have been tough times, Javara has continued to evolve and has clearly worked to improve the model. Leadership has made adjustments and improvements that have helped set a better direction going forward.

      Pros

      I think the culture on my team was very strong and I enjoyed my time at Javara. I spent time as an intern and a FTE. Overall, my experience was very positive and I would work for Javara again. My direct boss was a joy to work for, and our CEO as well.

      Cons

      As with any start up, there are growing pains that can occur. They have gone through “right sizing” a few times within the last couple of years so that can always be scary at times. If you work hard and preform well, it will be worth it!
